Chris takes amazing photos, and when it was announced that a workshop would be held, I immediately seized the opportunity.
I never thought I could take a photo like Chris's, but I managed to do it. Even in single shot mode instead of burst, I was flabbergasted! It took me a while to get used to the idea, but Chris motivated me to give it a try (and eventually even the whole group).
Chris shares an incredible amount of information with great enthusiasm and a nice touch of humor. Since the group is small, there's also time to receive one-on-one support for everyone.
He has a fantastic team behind him in the frisbee sport. With such a large group of dogs and handlers ready to go, we were able to practice all day long. Just being part of that is an event in itself, getting to experience their energy and passion.
A lot of knowledge is also shared in post-processing, and you receive a beautiful workbook to take home. I learned new techniques that I can also apply to other photos.
I've attended workshops before, but none as extensive as this one. Even now, after the workshop, we can still reach out with questions, and he answers them quickly.
It took me 3 hours of travel time each day and a lot of muscle pain, but it was absolutely worth it! And of course, I can’t forget the fresh homemade soup!
